We confirmed that the VA Board of Pharmacy is overwhelmed with applicants right now. They have updated their estimated wait time to 14 days, but I know several people who are now at 3 weeks waiting for their cards. Their voicemail says they are so busy they can't even answer the phone, so try not to add to their work and just be prepared to wait a bit.
