Annual Renewal - New to Athena

Service Description

This is a discounted service for people needing a renewal, but are new to Athena Heals. In order to get the discount, you need to know exactly what to do with the certificate and need no assistance from us. It's a short visit, so you should also know how to operate Zoom for telemedicine, be on time, pay in advance, and have your Patient Intake Form filled well in advance of the appointment (this is what is used to create your certificate). The Patient Intake Form will be sent by email after the appointment is acknowledged, but there is also a link on the Members page. Starting next year you will qualify for the $50 renewal.
