Initial Certification - Minor/Dependent

Service Description

Click here if you wish to have a minor or dependent adult evaluated for medical cannabis. There is evidence that cannabis can cause long term brain damage and addictive behaviors when children use cannabis heavily or on a daily basis. For this reason, minors are only certified under special circumstances. We can discuss this during our appointment. All appointments are done online through video (Zoom or whatever you prefer)
