Emergency Same Day Certification

This is for people who absolutely must get certified today and all regular appointment slots have been taken. Since availability is NOT guaranteed, this appointment will need to be approved first. We will respond as quickly as possible and can modify the time of the appointment if needed. Because we might be squeezing you in between appointments, you will need to fill out your patient intake form ASAP (https://www.athenaheals.org/intake-form). All appointments are done online through video. To keep it simple, Zoom is the only video that will be allowed for the Emergency Certification. Make sure you know how to use Zoom. Your certificate will be emailed during the appointment and after the payment is complete.
