Before Completing the Online Application:
To register with the Board of Pharmacy you will need to apply as a Registered Patient For Medical Cannabis or Registered Parent/Guardian for Medical Cannabis. You must first obtain a valid written certification from Athena Heals LLC prior to applying for registration as a patient or parent/guardian to possess Medical Cannabis.
To begin the registration process:

*NEW LAW STARTING JULY 1ST, 2022
After July 1st 2022, you will no longer need the registration card from the Board of Pharmacy to shop in Virginia! The only thing you will need is the certificate from me. You will get the certificate while you are meeting with me. You will then be able to go immediately to a dispensary. If you wish to use the Virginia license outside of Virginia, it is possible that some states will also ask for the registration card. Check the state laws wherever you plan to travel. If they say that they require a Cannabis license number, then you will need to obtain the optional registration card from the Virginia Board of Pharmacy as instructed above. DC, by the way, no longer requires the registration card.
