Great news! I just found out that DC has updated their laws again. Starting April 15, 2023, to use a DC medical dispensary you only need the certificate from me plus a valid Virginia ID/driver's license that has all information matching on the certificate. They say no other ID will work (including passports). For those of you who haven't gotten a Virginia driver's license or ID yet, you'll need to do so in order to go to the DC medical dispensaries. Anyone whose name and address don't match your ID, it's a good time to update them.
