National MJ policy/legalization

More BIG NEWS! The House Rules Committee just advanced today the MJ Opportunity, Reinvestment, and Expungement (MORE) Act, HR 3884. This legislation, if passed, will remove mj from the federal Controlled Substances Act. What that means is it would start the process for it to be decriminalized and hopefully eventually legalized on a national level!
