Updated: Dec 3, 2020

This legislation, if passed, will remove marijuana from the federal Controlled Substances Act. What that means is it would start the process for it to be decriminalized and hopefully eventually legalized on a national level! The legislation is expected to be reviewed by the House of Representatives later this week. To help in the fight and learn more, consider making a donation to NORML by clicking here.
