Sorry to send back to back notices, but I only just discovered this and it’s important. Governor Youngkin just eliminated the need to register with the Board of Pharmacy!! Effective July 1st, the only thing you will need to go into a Virginia dispensary is my certificate! I have no idea how this will impact out of state purchases. The Board apparently will still provide a card at request, so perhaps that’s the solution? We’ll have to see. So, if you haven’t paid the Board your $50 yet, hold off and see if you really need to.

Thank you for posting this. I would like to clarify that it’s for possession of more then 2 ounces for the criminalization.
